Another great vendor to check out when you are in need of some great coffee is the Yellow Dog Coffee Company. You can find their coffee in our Okie Joe basket. Like most small businesses, this company started out being a small operation on their farm and has since grown much bigger. The company founders and owners, Rob and Sereta Wilson, have traveled all over to learn more about different coffee beans and roasting techniques. With this, they have crafted what they consider to be “coffee that tastes like home.” A portion of each sale goes to Annie’s Rescue Foundation, which supports the medical bill costs of animals in Norman’s animal shelter.

In 2014, “Shabby Chick” bought a little farmhouse with her husband to raise their kids in. When they got there, the house was a mess. The family raised their own animals for food and liked to do things as naturally as possible. Shabby Chick realized that she could start using more natural cleaning products as well, but none were good enough for her. So, she did her research and made her own chemical-free cleaners. She started off selling a general surface cleaner at craft shows and eventually moved up to selling everything from glass cleaner to laundry soap on her very own website. When you’re cleaning with Shabby Chick’s all-natural cleaners, you can’t go wrong but you can clean up!

Tallgrass prides itself as being true to all things having to do with the great state of Oklahoma. On their website, it says, “Oklahoma is finding its place on the map – yet so much of its depiction in branding and designs rely heavily on bison, Scissortails, and sports franchises. Oklahoma is so much more than that.” Following that thought, the people behind Tallgrass went on to create a large assortment of scented soy candles and wax melts. Each of their scents are sure to bring some nostalgia to anyone who has ever lived in Oklahoma or let visitors take a little bit of Oklahoma home with them. Some of their most popular scents are wildfire, drover, and river fork.
