Vendor agrees to sell all products to Sample Oklahoma, hereinafter SOK, at an agreed upon wholesale price.
Vendor agrees to supply SOK with full-sized products or photos of said products to be put on our e-commerce store and permits SOK to use photos and product descriptions from social media and/or websites. Vendor agrees to share promotional materials, provided by SOK, on their website and/or social media accounts to assist in promoting the chosen non-profit and other, non competing, vendors.
SOK will market Vendor’s product and product baskets on SOK’s e-commerce site, as well as social media, digital platforms, and print materials. SOK will promote Vendor as a supporter of the chosen non-profit. Net proceeds from all sales will be donated to the chosen non-profit.
